SUMMARY:ODCC All Corvette Cruise In - 37th Annual
DESCRIPTION:It’s time once again for the All Corvette Cruise-In in Manassas\, Virginia. We’ll have plenty of parking\, along with great food\, great people\, great music\, door prizes\, a silent auction\, 50/50 raffle\, and more. Entrants’ choice trophy for each generation and a Dealer’s Choice award. With your donation you’ll receive a challenge coin (to the 1st 150 registered) and a door prize ticket. Register (once per car) and pay online by September 30th and save $5. Proceeds from the show benefit local charities and the NCM. Come and show off your car\, your mods and customizations\, chew the fat with other Corvette owners\, and get some more ideas for your own future mods. \nWe’re again holding our event in early October to avoid the heat and humidity of Virginia in August. Last year everyone enjoyed a sunny day with temps in the upper 70s\, and we’re hoping for the same this year. We’re holding the cruise-in on Sunday\, so our friends who work on Saturday can join in. We’re hoping for the biggest All Corvette Cruise-In ever! \nAll attendees will be eligible for the silent auction and 50//50 raffle. Proceeds from this event will be donated to the LAWS Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault Services organization\, the Prince William County Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children\, and the National Corvette Museum.

SUMMARY:Route 66 on its100th Anniversary
DESCRIPTION:Mark Winters is currently making plans to drive his C5 on Route 66 on its100th Anniversary this Oct 5 – Oct 16. He will join the Battlefield Corvette Club (Fredericksburg) who come highly recommended from a friend who has gone before with them.  They have 5 – 15 cars tentatively interested with 5 for sure.  A Corvette is not a requirement. Our itinerary is attached with hotels and points of interest that are still being finalized.  With it being the 100th Anniversary\, the smaller and more iconic motels are expecting to fill up\, so early planning is wise.  At the last zoom meeting\, they said that any other BeachCombers are welcome to join.
