SUMMARY:Route 66 on its100th Anniversary
DESCRIPTION:Mark Winters is currently making plans to drive his C5 on Route 66 on its100th Anniversary this Oct 5 – Oct 16. He will join the Battlefield Corvette Club (Fredericksburg) who come highly recommended from a friend who has gone before with them.  They have 5 – 15 cars tentatively interested with 5 for sure.  A Corvette is not a requirement. Our itinerary is attached with hotels and points of interest that are still being finalized.  With it being the 100th Anniversary\, the smaller and more iconic motels are expecting to fill up\, so early planning is wise.  At the last zoom meeting\, they said that any other BeachCombers are welcome to join.
