DESCRIPTION:Less than three years operating with stunning results. Weldon Mills Distillery has become the #1 Micro-Distillery in America and has seen its bourbons win Platinum and an array of other awards in an extraordinarily competitive environment. They are on a mission to enhance life’s moments big and small\, by offering the world’s best bourbon experience through a lineup of elegant products with unrivaled quality and craftsmanship. \nSo here is the plan. \n\nMeet at Greenbrier Mall at 10:00 am\, where we’ll sign the required waiver form and then begin our trip to Weldon\, NC.\nWe’ll stop at the Pilot Travel Center located at 2400 Holland Road\, Suffolk\, VA for a convenience stop and to collect any Suffolk travelers.\nDrive to the 51 Sycamore Restaurant & Rockfish Bar for lunch and group therapy. (12:30 reservation.)\nAfter lunch we’ll go across the street to the Weldon Mills Distillery\, for a tour\, tasting and gift shopping. (The distillery address is 200 Rock Fish Drive\, Weldon\, NC.)\nAfter the tour\, tasting and shopping you’re on your own to head home or snoop around the area.\n\nThis is a Sign-Up event.
