Virginia Beach Blvd Norfolk\, VA 23502\n \nThe show is open to all makes and models including motorcycles/slingshots. $25 Pre-Registration fee\, $30 day of show. SUMMARY:Corvettes at Greenbrier 2023
DESCRIPTION:The Tidewater Region of the Antique Automobile Club of America (TRAACA) is hosting their 49th annual meet at Chesapeake City Park.  This event is open to all years\, all makes\, all models.  TRAACA is trying to show corvettes from ever year to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Corvette.  Registration opens on June 1st and mail-ins must be postmarked by September 2nd.  This is a rain-or-shine event\, no rain date\, no refunds.  The link to their registration page is here.  The registration form is here.  Mail-in Registration is $20 with postmark by September 2nd\, late/DOS is $25.  All vehicles must have a fully charged\, UL-approved fire extinguisher visible at all times and cannot display “For Sale” signs. \nThey are looking especially for: special editions\, Z06s\, ZR1s\, 1953\, 1963 split window\, Pace Cars (1972\, 2008…)\, 1982 collector edition\, Cx.R models\, 1996 Grand Sport\, etc. Also\, every anniversary edition (1993\, 2003\, 2013 and 2023). \nHere is a list of Beachcombers who are attending as of August 10th: \n\nBob Bray\nWade Moorefield\nLarry Crutsinger\nJerry Peaks\nWade Ridgely\nCynthia Jordan\nAl Plotnick\nTony Delaura\n\n

SUMMARY:44th Annual Vette Fest
DESCRIPTION:You are cordially invited to spend a Corvette Enthusiast’s Dream Weekend attending the 44th Annual Vette Fest\, in the heart of Tennessee’s beautiful Smoky Mountains.  Vette Fest is hosted by the East Tennessee Corvette Club (ETCC) as a Fund-Raising event for our Children’s and Veteran’s charities. \nWe hope you will join us\, and hopefully 200+ other Vette owners from across our nation. The 2023 Glenstone Lodge venue (same as 2022) provides a Large Meeting area\, and adds the excitement of Downtown Gatlinburg\, TN.  Vette Fest is a casual dress (jeans\, etc.). Very light snacks and beverages will be provided in evenings.  The Glenstone has a NEW Lobby Restaurant for 2023 serving Breakfast and Dinner. Several Restaurants offer Hotel Delivery and plenty of Restaurants within walking distance. \nThe 2022 “Pirate’s Cruse” Vette Fest had 157 Folks Registered and 18 Corvette Clubs Represented.  We expect at least that number in 2023.  The 2023 Vette Fest Theme will be “Summer of 69”!  We will kick-off the 2023 weekend with a Groovy Meet-&-Greet on Friday night to talk with old friends and make new friends. \nSaturday morning\, we will start with an “All For Fun” Corvette Show to check out everyone’s cars. There will be a Moonshine-Tasting option and something for our “Hippy Chicks” during the car show also.  You are free for Self-Directed 1969 Road-Trip for the afternoon and dinner with friends.  If you like\, wear your Best Hippy-Gear (totally optional) to Saturday night’s After-Party themed “Return to Woodstock”.  We will have Awards and then crank-up the WolfMan-Jack DJ for some 60s Groves! \nYou MUST be registered for Vette Fest to participate in the events!!
